Who is ePlay and what do you do?

ePlay is a company within the XOX Group dedicated to jewellery manufacturers and brands. We support companies with digitalisation through software, website development, visual content, communication and marketing. Our work is designed to simplify day-to-day operations, improve processes and provide practical tools to grow in the market.

Do you work in other industries?

No. We focus exclusively on jewellery. That lets us be fully effective without redesigning from scratch every time: we grow and innovate in the same sector, together with our clients.

Are you software resellers?

Not for XOX solutions: XOX software is developed, managed and evolved in-house by ePlay. Through eSystem, we also provide hardware and software from certified partners, with direct configuration and support.

Do you also provide hardware and technical support?

Yes. We do not manufacture hardware ourselves, but we are a certified Dell partner. We supply computers, printers and more. Clients have a single point of contact for everything digital.
